Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes incurred during transportation, nor are we liable if your parcel is opened for inspection by customs or border services. These occurrences are outside of our control and do not qualify an order for compensation or recourse.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your package.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Available shipping options and flat shipping rates are displayed during checkout. Rates may vary depending on your location and selected method.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within Canada and the continental United States. Please note that additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply, and these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 2-8 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your shipment online and stay informed of its progress.

Responsibility for Packages in Transit

While we take great care in preparing and dispatching your order, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. At this point, ownership of the package transfers to the customer. For any issues with delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Once your order is shipped, liability for delays, loss, or damage lies with the carrier. However, we will assist you in filing claims with the carrier if needed.

If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.

Customer Obligations

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred due to address changes after an order has been shipped.

Any packages refused or returned to sender at the customer’s request will incur the full shipping cost.

Order Cancellations & Policy Updates

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If your order is canceled, a full refund will be issued.
