Refund Policy
Final Sale
Due to the unique nature of the TCG industry, returns are not accepted. However, if you receive a damaged item or one that does not match its description, please contact us via email at info@tunascards.com within 5 business days of your package being delivered otherwise you will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests can be made prior to your order being shipped but will incur a 6% cancellation fee. This fee accounts for the non-refundable payment processing charges incurred.
Quantity Adjustments
We reserve the right to adjust quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case by case basis and you will be notified of any changes. This pertains to and is not limited to "Buyouts" and other instances regarding the sale of high demand products.
Automatic Refunds
Orders are subject to automatic refunds if you have purchased quantity of a product over the limit listed, if applicable. You will be notified via email that your order has been refunded. It is your responsibility to adhere to the limits set on certain products. Going over the limit will cause your entire order to be refunded.
